This is a request that I, Lee Martin, be allowed the opportunity to view the Policy and Procedures of the Springfield, Missouri Police Department; specifically, the policy and procedures of the K-9 unit. This request is made pursuant 610.023 RSMo. If there is any regulations governing the custodian of records for the City of Springfield please inform me of the regulation number.
