Comes now the appellant/plaintiff, Lee Allen Martin, and does request
that a Transcript consisting of all hearings in the above captioned case
be created. Plaintiff, having been granted Forma Pauperis by the Honorable
Court on the 9th day of February, asks that these documents
be certified and provided without deposit. Appellant/plaintiff requests
of the Court Clerk of the 37th Judicial Circuit provide these
with undue haste. Dates for hearings include 1st day of March
1999, 1st day of February 1999, 21st day of December
1998, 5th day of October 1998, and the 21st day of
September 1998.
