COMES NOW, Appellant Lee Allan Martin, pro se, and moves the court to allow
me to proceed In Forma Paupis. The appellant has been granted forma pauperis
by the trial court effective 7 day of January 1997. The appellant also
has maintained and filed with the trial court and the court of appeals
the contained Motion to Proceed as a Poor Person. The Appellant is presently
receiving 80 dollars a month general relief from the state of Missouri,
and such is the only income for the appellant. The appellant has not worked
since the filing of the attached motion to proceed as a poor person, and
is not obligated to file a tax return for the year 1997, and has not done
so as of yet. The Appellate court did allow the appellant to proceed in
forma Paupis, and the appellant's financial status has not changed, therefore
the appellant must request that the Notice of Transfer be filed without
the filing fee. Appellant does not own anything of value and owns no property,
Appellant has no money in excess of 20 dollars.
