MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

Comes now the petitioner, ________________________ Pro Se, in the

above captioned case moves for this court for it’s order imposing

sanctions. In support of said motion, Petitioner states as follows:

1. That on the 10th, 12th, 13th, 14th and the 17th of December

1997 the respondent failed to abide by the terms setforth in the Divorce

Decree of 11-26-1996.

2. That charges were filed December 10th 1997 and are attached

to this motion, Ozark, Missouri police report case number 97-____________.

Wherefore Petitioner moves that this court order imposing

sanctions upon respondent; and for such other orders this Court may

seem just and proper under these circumstances.
