COMES NOW, Appellant Lee Allan Martin, pro se, and moves the court to allow me to proceed In Forma Paupis. The appellant has been granted forma pauperis by the trial court effective 9 day of February 1999. The appellant also has maintained and filed with the trial court the contained Petition to File in Forma Pauperis and Afffidavit of Poverty, Affidavit for Filing Without Costs, Income and Expense Stateement, and Appellant Tax Returns for 1997.The appellant has not worked since the filing of the attached motion to proceed as a poor person, and is not obligated to file a tax return for the year 1998, and has not done so as of yet; therefore, the appellant must request that the
Notice of Transfer be filed without the filing fee. Appellant does not own anything of value and owns no property, Appellant has no money in excess of 20 dollars.
