This is a request for records under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri.

I request that you make available to me the following records: Springfield City Ordinances, Springfield City Codes, and I request that you make available to me all records that relate to the Policy and Procedures governing the Municipal Court Clerk's Office.

I request that the records responsive to my request be copied on a standard computer format and sent to me at the following address: 309 North Jefferson, suite 220 Springfield Missouri 65806.

I request that all fees for locating and copying the records be waived. The information I obtain through this request will be used to provide public access via the Internet. This information will be available to any and all citizens of the State of Missouri as well as the citizens of the City of Springfield, Missouri, thusly providing a public service that here to now has not been provided by the local government.

Please let me know in advance of any search or copying if the fees will exceed $50.00.

If portions of the requested records are closed, please segregate the closed portions and provide me with the rest of the records.
