        Plaintiff hopes that the honorable court will recognize that a decision is not final until 90 days after filing a post trial motion, the way a judgment is to be presented for appellate jurisdiction, and that the failure by the director of revenue to follow the statutory guidelines imposed by the Missouri State Legislature through 302.010.3.
