   The Judge, Thomas Joseph Brown III was sued by the defendant counsel for misappropriation of funds. The Judge would not recuse. The Judge failed to note that the provisions of Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri is remedial on the defendant. The Judge refused to hear the merits of the case in that he dismissed the cause without grounds in applying the sanctions on plaintiff via Missouri Supreme Court Rule 61.01 in light of the fact Plaintiff made every attempt to comply with the discovery and deposition of plaintiff. Plaintiff was present at the deposition. Pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 57 Plaintiff did object to the Court Reporter as she did not know her Oath of Office. Court Reporter did disqualify herself per the exhibits and the testimony given on the 19th day of June 2002. The Judge refused to take notice of the fraudulent statements by the defendant counsel made in Motion to Dismiss as presented in the Plaintiff Motion for Sanctions pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 55.03.
