RULE 65 MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
Comes now the plaintiff, Lee Allen Martin, and must request a continuance pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 65, 65.01, and 65.03. The plaintiff does swear and affirm that he has been subpoenaed, copy enclosed, in a criminal case to appear on behalf of the defendant. The Case will be heard on the 16th day of November 1998 at the Municipal Courts Building, Springfield, Missouri. The case, City of Springfield v Robin C McDermott # 398MU0065, is set for 08:00 AM. Therefore, the plaintiff must request of this honorable court that the case at hand be continued to November 30, 1998 at 01:00 PM to be taken up by the honorable court.
