RULE 65 MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE

        Comes now the plaintiff, Lee Allen Martin, and must request a continuance pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 65, 65.01, and 65.03. The plaintiff does swear and affirm that he has been subpoenaed, copy enclosed, in a criminal case to appear on behalf of the defendant. The Case will be heard on the 16^th day of November 1998 at the Municipal Courts Building, Springfield, Missouri. The case, City of Springfield v Robin C McDermott # 398MU0065, is set for 08:00 AM. Therefore, the plaintiff must request of this honorable court that the case at hand be continued to November 30, 1998 at 01:00 PM to be taken up by the honorable court.
