Dear Fern:
I have received your bill for charges taxed against me in case # CV398-699CC. I have some confusion as to the charges. I know that all charges to be taxed by your office fall under the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri; however, I do not see any citations for listed charges. As Chapter 514 does not make it incumbent on you to do anymore than list the charges I must ask that you provide the proper citation for each charge. I ask this not to be a burden; I only want to make sure the charges are proper since the repeal of 514.470.
