The stories are out. I am sure we have all read one. The FBI has created new policies and now probable cause is a function of suspicion. The 4th amendment has been repealed by an Attorney General who obviously does not know the meaning of the term American.
Wrapped in the flag John Ashcroft now decides that by rewriting the policies and procedures of the FBI the 4th amendment has no effect. According to John Ashcroft the new goals of protecting the American public allows for the decimation of our constitution. Is this TRUE?
I was under the opinion it took more than the rewriting of policy and procedures of any law enforcement agency to repeal the Constitution. I was under the opinion that Martial Law would have to be declared. Has it? Or, that the War Powers Act enacted. Has it? Or, that 2 thirds of the states ratify an amendment to the Constitution. Has it? The answer to all of these questions is NO!
The rewriting of the Policy and Procedures of the FBI to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America is Treason. These policy reforms are a violation of the Oaths of Office of all members of the FBI, CIA and whoever else falls in to support such ludicrous slight of hand attempts at dismantling the Constitution.
The Cries that we can not do our job, is nothing but a smoke screen. They can do their jobs, but refuse to. More civil rights violations will not help. The destruction of the constitution will not make the public more safe.
Treason is Treason. The Constitution says to be convicted of Treason that 2 witnesses must have seen the treasonous act. I think we have met the burden of proof as 280 million have seen this treasonous act.
