It makes absolutly no difference what our legislature does if the Courts of the State and Country fail to provide access to said courts. Further, they fail as to their position of arbitrators in grievances both private and public. It appears to me that the Legislature is more interested in trying to convince us the problems are unsolvable than spend their time making sure the intent of legislation is enforced. Freedom begins in the courts of the land, not in the captial buildings. Judges must take their oaths to heart, and render fair and impartial decisions. The Judges know the history of the Rule of Law. They should make the Rule of Law apply to all citizens uniformly. I am sure all will give lip service to these ideas, after all they have been around for well over 200 years; however, implementation of these ideas fall short.
Information is knowledge. Litigation is preeminent in our society. Therefore, we must all strive to learn about the law that governs our every action. Ignorance is no excuse, and the government does not readily provide access to the law. I ask that you help us so that we can help you. The more public information at your disposal the more powerful we all become.
I am a Libertarian, or at least they've not evicted me as of yet. I do believe in the concept of less government, but I do think it is a little unattainable. We first must take control of the government before we can curtail government infringement of civil rights. It is funny to me that labor has managed to become owners in the industry they work for; yet, Americans have lost ownership of their own country. It is not government by the people, for the people; it is government over the people to do it to the people. If this is what our taxes pay for why pay taxes? It is always better for the average man when government does less, or for that matter closes down.
