Jurisdiction Statement: Comes now the plaintiff, Lee Allen Martin, and must request a continuance pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 65, 65.01 and 65.03.
Facts: 1. It is agreed by all parties that defendant was on private property. 2. It is agreed that Police Officers were operating in their official capacity. 3. etc.
Arguments: Defendant was on their private curtilage and therefore could not have been tresspassing.
Prayer for Relief: Therefore, the defendant must request of this honorable court that the charges be dismissed by the honorable court.
