Comes now, Defendant Department of Revenue, et al., by and through counsel, Earl D. Kraus, Assistant Attorney General, and Keith D. Halcomb, Assistant Attorney General, and pursuant to this Court's order on June .19, 2002, provides this Court the following statement of costs regarding costs associated with the June 19, 2002, proceeding and the costs associated with the attempted deposition of plaintiff by defendant on May 21, 2002:

1. Hotel for Earl Kraus - one night stay on May 20, 2002 $66.01.
2. Mileage for Earl Kraus - 133 miles on May 20, 2002, from Jefferson City to Springfield (@ $0.3 15 I mile) = $41.89.
3. Mileage for Keith Hal comb - 133 miles on May 21, 2002, from Jefferson City to Springfield (@$0.315 I mile) = $41.89.
4. Meals for Earl Kraus = $16.86.
5. Meals for Keith Halcomb = $10.00.
6. Court reporter fees for May 21,2002 = $53.25
7. 7. Total Costs = $229.90

WHEREFORE, this statement of costs totaling $229.90 is hereby submitted as the reasonable costs incurred by the defendants in the June 19, 2002, proceeding and in the attempted deposition of plaintiff by defendant on May 21, 2002, as directed by this Court in its judgment dated June 19, 2002.
